How to Use Facebook Marketplace App
Download the FB application from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
Open the application and log in.
To access the Marketplace home screen, tap the “shop” icon.
You can search for products for sale by category or area from the main screen. You can also use the search box at the top of the screen to find particular things.

How to Sell on the Facebook Marketplace
Follow these steps to sell something in the shop:
- Click the “Sell Something” button on the shop’s home screen.
- Take pictures of the thing you wish to sell or upload them.
- Give your listing a title and a description.
- For your item, decide on a category and location.
- Enter the asking price for the item.
- To post your listing to the store after reviewing it, hit “Post.”
You can use Fb Messenger to get in touch with anyone interested in your item and set up a meeting to close the deal.

The buyer and seller must agree on a payment method and finish the transaction themselves because Facebook does not handle the payment process for transactions through the Marketplace.
